Common questions

How do I create an account?
Download the ATB app from the App Store, tap "Sign Up," and enter your email and a password. Verify your email by clicking the link we send you. You're in.

How do I book a court or coach?
After signing in, tap "Find courts near me" or "Find a coach," select an available time slot, and pay with a credit card. You'll get a confirmation email and the booking will appear on your home screen.

How do I cancel a booking or get a refund?
Open the booking from your home screen and tap "Cancel." Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy at https://www.advancedtennisbookings.com/refunds for the full rules.

How do I cancel an Apple subscription?
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Advanced Tennis Bookings → Cancel Subscription.

How do I cancel a Google Play subscription?
Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Advanced Tennis Bookings → Cancel subscription.

How do I delete my account?
In the ATB app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and personal data, subject to records we're required to keep by law.

Forgot password?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link.

App not working?
Try closing the app and reopening it, or restart your phone. If the problem persists, email blake@advacedtennisbookings.comwith a brief description (and ideally a screenshot) and we'll fix it.

I was charged but didn't get the service.
Email blake@advacedtennisbookings.com with the date of the charge, the amount, and what you booked. We'll respond within 1 business day.
